Slacker!

No really, I can understand that. It's miserable to go from start to finish completely by yourself without any backup.

Humans should always copy their comments into the clipboard or notepad or something before pressing submit. Otherwise it can be frustrating.

Abridged version. I'm a HUMAN!

Shoulders seem a little high and away from torso. May seem weird if you do big gestures with floaty hands.

Ears could use more bones if you want a smoother deformation, otherwise it'll look like an elbow.

Nice simple shader that compliments the geometry. The highlight creates a nice silhouette.

Nope, you didn't. You also never finished the little indicator so people could easily tell there was an update.
Keith's passively working on the new design though, so there's no need for you to worry about it.

I need a new system to make updates, since nobody checks the News section. Hopefully some people read this comment. Anyway, rigging is kicking my ass right now and is taking a lot longer than I was expecting since I haven't done it for so long. So, I'll just update next when Carrot it fully rigged.

It's not entirely without NURBS, but I did cut back as much as I could. I think the jet pack, tail, eyes, and hair are the only NURBS objects left.

Looks Great! Now is this model built without "NUUUUUUUURBS"?

The changes you made to the carrot symbol helped a lot. I no longer have flashbacks to Half-Life when I see it.

I just noticed that the carrot symbol on his stomach looks an awful lot like the Half-Life Lambda (actually, the character you are using is the uppercase version of the Half-Life Lambda!)

Comment on Carrot Box - Environment - part 4

Gary! I think this is my first post on your site! w00t. Anyway, I won't go too in-depth, since I know you are tweaking, BUT start thinking about the history of these objects and materials. While the typical environment of a museum structure is neat and tidy, adding scratches, finger prints, cracks, dust, and other smaller details of the like will really help sell the realism, even if it's stylized. A good example to to study how Pixar textures their objects, especially in ratatouille. Every textured object has something to say about it. Reference!
