Update: I added a few more states to the list and fixed some existing ones.
Here are some rough poses for the different animation states in an effort to find places where the character proportions are weak and to start the animation process. There are bound to be a number of smaller states added to ease the transition between some of these.
From this, I’ve discovered that his shins and forearms are just a bit too short.
This is all with an old copy of the rig. Fred, our team’s animator, has been working on making a much more efficient set of bones and skinning for this guy.
