An indie studio in MN here showed off a cool-looking game at the most recent IGDA meet-up. I gave them my card, and they got back to me to complete an art test of creating a character with a pre-existing texture that consisted of no more than 120 vertices.

Here are the results of that test.

 

 

And here is the finished high poly Reyth model for Fantasia Arks.

Her face will need some tweaking yet, but I got the green light to start on the low poly mesh.
