Mecha Sonic and Portfolio Progress

2 years and some change later, I finally got around to finishing the Mecha Sonic model. I tried to stick as close to the original sprite’s design as I could.

And here is the current layout to my portfolio. I’m printing it out in a book from http://www.blurb.com. There are a lot of changes yet to be made, but the basic template is there, sans the Tim Sweeney skin. Let me know what you think of the selections and organization so far.

Greezer and Leonardo – Render Tests

Greezer is posed and pretty close to done. I also went in and started to finish up the Leonardo sculpt from a while back. These are also both being used as test renders at the moment, since exporting and compositing out of Zbrush is new to me. What do you think?

Leonardo – Speed Sculpt Bust

This was a slower week for Dinosaurs work. So, instead of showing a bunch of unfinished and uninteresting props, I did a speed sculpt of David Rapoza’s Leonardo drawing. Seen Here
I wasn’t sure how far I wanted to take this sculpt, so I didn’t bother posing it.
For the base, I used a simple Zsphere rig.
What do you think? Should I finish this?
